Terms of Service

CourtexEdge designs and hosts professional websites under a subscription model. New clients begin with a free trial before any payment is required.

• Standard delivery: 3-page responsive website
• Hosting is provided and managed entirely by CourtexEdge
• CourtexEdge retains ownership of the hosting infrastructure, deployment, and (until Buyout) domain registration at all times

• All new clients receive a 14-day free trial before any subscription begins.
• During the trial, your website is hosted on a CourtexEdge subdomain (e.g. yourbusiness.courtexedge.com). No custom domain is registered during this period, and no cost is incurred.
• No payment method is required to start the trial.
• At the end of 14 days, you may continue on a paid plan (Section 3) or let the trial lapse with no obligation. If you don't continue, your site is taken offline and removed from our hosting.
• Because no payment method is collected during the trial, your trial will never auto-convert to a paid subscription. Continuing requires your explicit confirmation.

Once you choose to continue past the trial:

• Monthly — $97/month. Billed every 30 days from your first paid invoice. Includes a custom domain (registered and owned by CourtexEdge — see Section 5). No minimum term — cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice (see Section 8).
• Annual — $815/year. Billed once annually. Includes a custom domain.
• Own It (Buyout) — $750. One-time payment for full ownership of source files and domain. See Section 6.

All prices in USD. Payments are due on the date specified in your invoice. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of your website.

Until a Buyout is completed:

• CourtexEdge retains full ownership of the hosting environment, server files, deployment, and domain registration
• You do not receive source code or files under a subscription plan
• If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, your website is taken offline within 7 days of the final billing date
• CourtexEdge is not liable for any business loss resulting from a website going offline due to non-payment or cancellation

• During the free trial: your site lives on a CourtexEdge subdomain. No domain is registered on your behalf, and no cost is incurred.
• Upon converting to a paid Monthly or Annual plan: CourtexEdge registers a custom domain on your behalf at no extra charge. CourtexEdge remains the registered owner of this domain until Buyout is completed.
• Upon Buyout: any domain registered on your behalf is transferred into your ownership at no additional cost.

At any point during your subscription, you may purchase full ownership of your website and domain for a one-time fee of $750. Upon receipt of full payment:

• All source files (HTML, CSS, JS, assets) are delivered within 5 business days
• Domain registration is transferred into your name
• Your monthly/annual subscription is terminated with no further charges
• You become fully responsible for hosting, domain renewal, and maintenance going forward
• CourtexEdge provides no ongoing support after buyout unless separately agreed

New clients may also pay $750 upfront from day one to skip the trial and subscription model entirely.

• Subscription (Monthly/Annual): 2 rounds of revisions within 30 days of launch
• Own It (Buyout/one-time): 1 round of revisions

Additional pages beyond the 3-page standard, custom features, or e-commerce functionality are available at an additional cost. Contact us for a quote.

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time by sending written notice to sufiyanimran94@gmail.com, with 30 days' notice before your service ends.

• If your next billing date falls within that 30-day notice window, one further payment will be charged before cancellation takes effect — notice does not retroactively waive a charge already due.
• No refunds are issued for partial months or for payments already processed. Your website remains live until the end of the paid notice period, then goes offline.
• Cancelling during the free trial requires no notice and no payment — your site is simply taken offline at the end of the 14 days if you choose not to continue.

CourtexEdge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use your website. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of any material changes via email.
