Terms of Service

CourtexEdge designs and hosts professional websites under a subscription model. We build your website at no upfront cost and charge a recurring fee to keep it live, maintained, and accessible on our infrastructure.

• Standard delivery: 3-page responsive website
• Hosting is provided and managed entirely by CourtexEdge
• We retain ownership of hosting infrastructure and deployment at all times

We offer the following plans:

• Monthly — $97/month: Billed every 30 days. Minimum commitment of 3 months from the date of launch.
• Annual — $815/year: Billed once annually. Includes a custom domain (up to $15 value). No minimum beyond the initial year.
• Custom domain add-on (Monthly): +$10/month if you require a custom domain on the monthly plan.
• Own It (Buyout) — $750: A one-time payment to receive full ownership of your website's source files. See Section 5.

All prices are in USD. Payments are due on the date specified in your invoice. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of your website.

Monthly subscribers agree to a minimum commitment of 3 billing cycles (3 months) from the date their website goes live. No refunds will be issued for the first 3 months once the site is delivered.

After the minimum period, you may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice.

Until a Buyout is completed, all websites remain hosted on CourtexEdge infrastructure. This means:

• CourtexEdge retains full ownership of the hosting environment, server files, and deployment
• You do not receive source code or files under a subscription plan
• If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, your website will be taken offline within 7 days of the final billing date
• CourtexEdge is not liable for any business loss resulting from a website going offline due to non-payment or cancellation

At any point during your subscription, you may purchase full ownership of your website for a one-time fee of $750. Upon receipt of full payment:

• All source files (HTML, CSS, JS, assets) will be delivered to you within 5 business days
• Your monthly/annual subscription will be terminated with no further charges
• You become fully responsible for hosting, domain, and maintenance
• CourtexEdge provides no ongoing support after buyout unless separately agreed

Alternatively, new clients may pay $750 upfront to own their website from day one, with no subscription required.

Domains registered or managed by CourtexEdge on your behalf remain the property of CourtexEdge until a Buyout is completed or domain transfer is explicitly agreed in writing.

• Annual plan: one custom domain included (up to $15/year value)
• Monthly plan: subdomain provided free; custom domain available for +$10/month
• Upon Buyout, any domain registered on your behalf will be transferred to your ownership at no additional cost

Standard plans include:

• Subscription (Monthly/Annual): 2 rounds of revisions within 30 days of launch
• Own It (Buyout/one-time): 1 round of revisions

Additional pages beyond the 3-page standard, custom features, or e-commerce functionality are available at an additional cost. Contact us for a quote.

To cancel your subscription, send a written notice to sufiyanimran94@gmail.com at least 30 days before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

No refunds are issued for partial months or for payments already processed. The website remains live until the end of the paid period, then goes offline.

CourtexEdge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use your website. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of any material changes via email.
