Terms of Service

CourtexEdge designs, hosts, and manages professional websites under a subscription model. The Starter plan begins with a 14-day free trial and requires a payment method at checkout.

• Standard delivery: 3-page responsive website
• Hosting is provided and managed entirely by CourtexEdge
• CourtexEdge retains ownership of the hosting infrastructure and deployment. Domain ownership follows the domain policy in Section 5.

• The Starter plan includes a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required at checkout to start the trial and authorize future subscription billing. No subscription fee is charged today.
• The trial begins when checkout is completed. During the trial, your website is hosted on a CourtexEdge subdomain (e.g. yourbusiness.courtexedge.com).
• By completing checkout, you authorize Paddle to automatically begin the Starter subscription at $97/month after the 14-day trial and to bill the payment method provided at checkout every month until cancelled.
• To avoid the first $97 subscription charge, cancel before the 14-day trial ends.
• The $300/month Growth plan does not include a trial; billing begins when you complete checkout.

• Starter — $97/month. Includes the 3-page website, hosting, maintenance, security, and basic SEO. The Starter plan begins with a 14-day free trial that requires a payment method at checkout. No subscription fee is charged during the trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the $97 monthly subscription begins automatically.
• Growth — $300/month. Billed monthly starting at checkout. Includes a managed website, ongoing SEO, and Google Business Profile management. No trial is included.

All prices in USD. Payments are due on the date specified in your invoice. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of your website. There is no exit fee or transfer fee.

During an active subscription:

• CourtexEdge retains ownership of the hosting environment, server files, and deployment.
• You do not receive source code or files under a subscription plan unless explicitly agreed in writing.
• If your subscription is cancelled under the notice terms in Section 7, your website remains live through the notice period and then goes offline.
• CourtexEdge is not liable for any business loss resulting from a website going offline due to non-payment, cancellation, or account inactivity.

• During the Starter trial: your site lives on a CourtexEdge subdomain. No custom domain is registered until your paid subscription begins.
• With the $97/month Starter plan: a custom domain is included when CourtexEdge registers it for you, and CourtexEdge manages that registration while the subscription remains active.
• If you want to own your domain: you may purchase and register it separately through your own registrar account. You own and control that domain and are responsible for its registration and renewal fees; CourtexEdge can connect it to your site.
• No exit fee: there is no transfer fee when you cancel. If a domain was registered for you under the subscription, it remains subject to the terms of that registration and management arrangement until otherwise agreed.

• Subscription plans include up to 2 rounds of revisions within 30 days of launch.
• Additional pages beyond the standard 3-page package, custom features, or e-commerce functionality are available at an additional cost. Contact us for a quote.

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time by sending written notice to sufiyanimran94@gmail.com, with 30 days' notice before your service ends.

• There is no exit fee or transfer penalty for cancelling under this notice policy.
• If your next billing date falls within that 30-day notice window, one final payment may be charged before cancellation takes effect — notice does not retroactively waive a charge already due.
• During the 14-day Starter trial, you may cancel before the trial ends to prevent the first $97 monthly charge. This trial cancellation does not require 30 days' notice.

CourtexEdge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use your website. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of any material changes via email.
